Sidecar Memories Terms and Conditions

By participating, you agree to the Terms and Conditions stated below. Please read them carefully.

Take note that Sidecars Tours Inc. is not responsible for your welfare, health or safety when you are not in the motorcycle sidecar.
Be alert and aware of any potential hazards that may occur in the vineyards and wineries.
For safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the open sidecar.
Please note that we may cancel or terminate a tour at any time at our own discretion, for any reason. We would like to inform you that unfortunately, the tour you have reserved is non-refundable.
Driver availability for your tour may change due to scheduling requirements.
Please avoid making a mess or vomiting inside the sidecar to avoid cleaning fees.
We may charge customers for any necessary detailing costs. Please refrain from drinking and driving or exceeding your personal alcohol limit after the tour.
Your safety is important to us. Stay comfortable, hydrated, and nourished. Enjoy this unforgettable wine-tasting experience.

Minor Policy

Our tours are suitable for children aged 8 and above. If minors wish to book the scenic tour, they must be accompanied by an adult and must be able to wear our helmets securely. If the minor cannot fit in a small adult helmet, they must bring their own helmet. It is important to note that the helmet must be DOT approved if you bring your own.

Tips for a Sidecar Adventure in Less Than Ideal Weather Conditions

We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather, especially on chilly days when it’s best to wear layers and bring a jacket.

Plan ahead and account for weather conditions to arrive on time.

Leave earlier than usual with a 10-15 minute buffer before your scheduled time.

Please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $50 rescheduling fee. We reserve the right to reschedule ANY tour for ANY reason and will try to give as much advance notice as possible through phone, email, text, so it is important that all customers be aware of any notifications regarding their reservations

Weather Policy

Please check the weather report the day before your tour. If there is a 50% or higher chance of rain, snow, hail, etc., we will reschedule your tour. If there is a 50% or less chance of possible weather issues, we will allow you to reschedule your tour with 24-hour advance notice. Tours rescheduled with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.

RIDE SAFETY AND LIABILITY WAIVER

Before participating in any ride, passengers are required to sign a safety and liability waiver. By signing the waiver, passengers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with such activities and agree to hold harmless the Company and its associates from any and all liability, loss, claim, and expense, including attorney’s fees, arising from their participation in the rides.
