Vernon Pride, a retired Marriott executive, is the proud owner of Sidecar Memories LLC. With over two decades of experience traveling the world for the Marriott Vacation Club, Vernon was instrumental in building marketing and call centers for the company. During his time with MVCI, he witnessed a remarkable transformation in the company’s annual sales, from 40 million dollars to over 1.2 billion dollars.

After retiring, Vernon indulged his passion for motorcycles by traveling across the country on his beloved BMW. Eventually, he settled in Calistoga and rekindled a romance with his high school sweetheart after a 35-year hiatus. Unsure of what retirement had in store for him, Vernon combined his love of motorcycles with his expertise in the leisure travel industry to create Sidecar Memories.
